The curing conditions for powder coatings are usually harsh, requiring 10-15 minutes of baking at a temperature of 180 ℃ -200 ℃. The baking temperature is high, the time is long, and the efficiency is low. However, the baking temperature for low-temperature curing powder coatings is around 150 ℃. Reducing the curing temperature of powder coatings can not only accelerate the production speed of automatic production lines and improve production efficiency, but also enable the application of powder coatings to thermosensitive substrates such as composite materials, wood, plastics, etc. Therefore, the implementation of low-temperature curing can effectively save energy, improve work efficiency, and expand application areas, which is one of the important development directions of powder coatings.
2. Powder coating for roll materials
With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements and cost-effectiveness factors of the country, powder coating of coil materials will gradually be recognized by people and become a development trend of coil coating.
3. Heavy duty anti-corrosion powder coating
Heavy duty anti-corrosion coatings mainly focus on anti-corrosion, with excellent mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, and heat resistance. They are mainly used in petroleum pipelines, ships, building steel bars, storage tanks, etc.
4. Waterborne powder coating
Disperse the powder coating in water, add additives, and filter to form a suspension. These additives have almost no effect on the performance of the final coating.
